to the decisions your business needs to make.
Perspective. Discernment. Direction.THE NAVICERN APPROACH
Trade policy becomes a sourcing question. Export controls become a delivery risk. A change in regulation becomes a decision about where—and when—to invest.
Navicern follows those connections, turning developments into a focused view of your exposure, the scenarios ahead and the actions worth considering.
THE FIRST NAVICERN DESK
Introducing the China Exposure Monitor. Built initially for Indian solar businesses making decisions about China-linked supply, costs and project eligibility.
Solar manufacturing & project development
MNRE’s 4 August clarification provides a List-II cell exemption for eligible net-metering and open-access projects commissioned by 31 December 2026. Other applicable requirements still matter.
A lower cell price is only useful if the finished project remains eligible. A commissioning delay can change the procurement choice.
Check each project’s route, commissioning evidence and applicable cell, module and domestic-content requirements before committing supply.
Watch: Commissioning slippage · project route · contractual eligibility
SourceSample analysis as of 1 September 2026, for a hypothetical solar business. Review the full brief for scope, sources and limitations.
